Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting our educational staff, and contributing to an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and our online platform. Coordinate and organize meetings, including set-up and follow-up actions. Assist in managing staff schedules and support the onboarding process for new tutors. Handle basic financial administration tasks such as invoicing and tracking payments. Maintain a well-organized digital filing system for educational and administrative documents. Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources. Liaise with IT support to resolve any technical issues on the online platform. Support marketing efforts through social media management and content creation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in an administrative role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software. Familiarity with online education platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
