Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support, resolving customer inquiries, and enhancing our overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and efficient manner. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Collaborate with the educational staff to resolve student-related issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our educational offerings, policies, and procedures. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Manage customer satisfaction surveys and contribute to service improvements.
Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude. Familiarity with online education platforms and technology is advantageous.
